We are glad to let all those involved in our Daytona Beach area project know that our sales representative is done reaching out to new businesses and organizations about being involved.  We are now in the process of reviewing all donation requests and working on the layout that will be given to our artist to help structure the artwork as it comes together.

As soon as we have the layout ready and our list of included businesses, organizations, and landmarks is complete, everything will be turned over to the artist and the drawing will begin to be created.  Stay tuned here for further updates.

Donation Details: Halifax Humane Society to Benefit from Daytona Beach Project

For all of us at CityScapes Artwork, it is enjoyable to find out which local organizations hold great meaning to the business owners we speak to as we put together the details of these projects.  One of the beautiful aspects of creating these custom pen and ink renderings is that the money raised from sales of the prints goes back into the community.

In Daytona Beach, we are glad to put the spotlight on one of the organizations that will be receiving a donation of prints for their fundraising efforts:  Halifax Humane Society.  From their website (click here to visit the site):
The Halifax Humane Society is a 501 (c)(3) private nonprofit organization servicing the Greater Daytona Beach area and Volusia County, Florida. Halifax Humane Society was founded in 1937 and is proud to be known as a leader of animal welfare for 80 years.
We are an open-door animal shelter that receives over 25,000 animals annually through city contracts and owner surrenders. Kennel and cage capacity can comfortably house approximately 350 animals per day and is usually full.
Equipped with a spay/neuter clinic, we perform early-age spay/neuter surgeries to ensure that all adopted animals are altered before entering a new home. Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Certificates are also made available to the public.
The Halifax Humane Society is raising money to improve and expand their operations.  Visit a site with more information about their plan for the future by clicking here.
